The Leadership Sanctuary is a practical small-group coaching experience specifically tailored for nonprofit leaders.

In a yearlong program that meets once a month for three hours, you will be guided in a rigorous process to build practices that allow you to have breakthroughs with everyday challenges.

We know what you're facing - maybe feeling isolated and alone, facing burn out, losing energy and hope, and struggling with scarce resources. Your passion for your nonprofit's mission is what keeps you coming back everyday, but these challenges drain you.

We'll help you develop tangible skills to strengthen your resilience, increase your ability to lead from choice rather than reaction, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and propel you toward your goals. Together, we’ll address real issues. Through questioning and shared experience—not advice giving—your peers will provide practical support.
