Cohort 22 for Executive Directors

The Leadership Sanctuary is offering cohort for Executive Directors starting October 5, 2016 for nine weeks. This program is offered specifically for Executive Directors in nonprofit organizations at the invitation of PEPCO and WAWF. This small peer learning group of 12-14 nonprofit leaders meets monthly for three hours and is facilitated by Sheila Diggs. The focus is on giving each leader a time and place to reflect on where he or she is as a leader, where we want to go and what we need to feel more grounded, focused and engaged. TIME: First and last meetings are 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. All other meetings are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
